Refund policy
Due to the nature of our studio services and rentals, we do not offer refunds on bookings. However, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Studio Bookings & Rentals
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Digital Products & Services
- No Refunds: Digital content (such as edited images, video files, or digital products) is non-refundable once delivered.
- Editing Revisions: If you are unsatisfied with an edited file, we offer one complimentary revision. Additional edits may be subject to a fee.
Physical Products (Prints, Merch, etc.)
- Returns & Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Final Sale: All custom prints and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned.
